TERMS OF USE
Remote agreement
This agreement is concluded between the company SIA “AA Toys”, Registration No. 40203194016, Legal address: Malkas iela 9, Riga, LV-1063, Latvija. (hereinafter referred to as aatoys.lv), and by the buyer who makes purchases in the aatoys.lv online store.
General terms and conditions of order
1.1 aatoys.lv undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the buyer according to the orders made to the buyers. The remote agreement applies to all orders placed in the aatoys.lv online store.
1.2 The agreement comes into force from the moment when the buyer made the order and received the order confirmation at his email address.
1.3 By making an order in the aatoys.lv online store, the buyer confirms that he has read the “Remote Agreement” and agrees with its contents.
1.4 All prices in the aatoys.lv online store are inclusive of value added tax 21%.
1.5. Costs for delivery of goods are not included in the price.
1.6 aatoys.lv provides maximum product information along with photos on this website. The actual color of the product may vary from the color that is visible in the photo.
1.7 All goods presented in the aatoys.lv online store are thoroughly checked for defects and damage by the store manager.
1.8 Having placed an order, the buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with the terms and conditions of this distance agreement.

2. Terms of order, delivery and payment
2.1. The buyer carries out the order through this website, indicating the name of the product, its quantity, and data for delivery.
2.2 aatoys.lv prepares and sends the corresponding invoice to the buyer by e-mail. An invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
2.3. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods and is calculated separately and is indicated in the invoice according to the price list located on the aatoys.lv website.
2.4 aatoys.lv provides delivery within 5 days from the moment of coordination of the delivery time with the buyer.
2.5 Payment in the online store is made at the time of purchase.
2.6 Delivery is carried out only after the aatoys.lv manager phoned the buyer by phone and confirmed the delivery time.
2.7 All goods presented in the aatoys.lv online store are new (not previously used), are delivered with the original tags of the manufacturer.

3. The procedure for returning goods
3.1 In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to terminate this agreement within 14 calendar days and return the goods by providing a waiver form. Aatoys.lv sends a sample letter of rejection of goods to the buyer by e-mail.
3.2. The obligation of the buyer to return the goods within 7 calendar days from the date of submission of the refusal form.
3.3. All costs associated with the return of goods shall be borne by the buyer (Article 12 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
3.4 In the law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, in article 12, part six, it is said that the consumer is responsible for the quality and safety of storage of goods during the implementation of the period for rejection of goods.
3.5. The buyer has the right to return the goods only if there is a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
3.6 Goods can be returned by mail to the legal address of the online store aatoys.lv Malkas iela 9, Riga, LV-1063, Latvija.
3.7. Products with signs of use are non-refundable.
3.8 Goods not used for other purposes by the buyer, as well as goods damaged or damaged by the buyer himself (with the smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes and other odors stained with cosmetics, food, etc.), as well as if damaged, shall not be returned. or the original packaging is missing.
3.9. The return of money to the buyer occurs within 14 days from the date of return of the goods.
3.10 The goods can also be exchanged by agreeing with the manager.
3.11 The same goods that are not subject to return are not subject to exchange (clauses 3.5, 3.7, 3.8 of this agreement).

4. Privacy Policy and Data Use
4.1 When entering data and necessary information for placing an order on the website of the aatoys.lv online store, the buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that his submitted data is used by aatoys.lv to place an order and make delivery in accordance with applicable law. When entering information, the buyer agrees that letters will be sent to the specified email address in connection with the processing of the order.
4.2 aatoys.lv will never sell, rent or otherwise provide the buyer’s personal information to third parties without his written permission, unless there is a violation of the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
4.3 To complete an order aatoys.lv saves personal data that is necessary to complete an order. If necessary, we transfer this data to third parties only to ensure the execution of the order – Latvijas Pasts, Omniva, as well as for accounting work.
